Natural State Investors is an exclusive membership program that solves this issue by closing the gap between accredited investors and companies raising capital. We bring the deals to you.
Membership includes invite-only access to quarterly events, which include presentations from top venture opportunities vetted by our experienced investor committee. These teams pitch their businesses and open the floor for investors to further analyze the investment opportunity. Each meeting will begin with an address by a world-class venture capital expert, focused on the ins and outs of venture capital and angel investing.
Each member will be provided with private online access to additional deal flow beyond what is presented at our quarterly engagements. These exclusive opportunities will include executive summaries, deal size, and contact information. All investors will be responsible for a prorated annual membership fee of $1,500 with an expectation to invest at least $25K per year.
